When my husband and I decided to move to Seal Beach, I really didn't think it would ever happen due to the lack of houses for sale, and our specifications, but he said not to worry, he found a great realtor named Nat Ferguson who was going to find us a house. When I met Nat for the first time, I knew that he was the man for the job due to the fact that he is truly competent and didn't make us feel rushed and would always say that we would one day have a home in Seal Beach. Well, we have now closed on our house and I am convinced we could not have done it without Nat. He is a knowledgeable, honest and competent realtor and I would recommend him wholeheartedly.

My husband and I purchased a home in Seal Beach earlier this year and couldn't be happier with the service provided by Nat Ferguson.

We were looking to buy a second home in the Old Town section of town and knew that because we lived in the Los Angeles area we would need an experienced and knowledgeable realtor who would be able to deal with out-of-town buyers. We chose Nat because of his first hand knowledge of the area owing to the fact that he has lived in Seal Beach himself for many years.

The fact that we now own a home on Electric Avenue is a direct result of Nat's being in the right place at the right time. He was driving by just as the "For Sale" sign was going up. Since he already knew the area, he immediately contacted one of the neighbors that he knew to inquire about the home. After being satisfied that it was in good condition, he immediately contacted us in Los Angeles and advised us to put in an offer "sight unseen" to keep the home from being sold until we could get down to Seal Beach over the weekend. Because there had not been any listings for homes on Electric in quite a long time, he knew we needed to act quickly. Nat continued to assist us with our escrow until it closed and even filled us in on Seal Beach information that we might need to know, i.e., getting the street parking passes, etc. The rest, they say is history.
