Much of what I focus on in real estate is local: home values, regulatory challenges, neighborhood characteristics, schools, those kinds of things. Over the years I have represented some incredible property, and as the Broker/Owner of Ferguson Realty I was involved in the sale of some of the most expensive homes in Seal Beach.

Sometimes it is fun to pause for a moment, look at the most expensive homes in my market and compare them with the most expensive homes in the country.

Orange County #1

The most expensive home on the market at the moment in Orange County is comprised of two parcels totaling 5.45 acres with 480 lineal feet of beachfront. Once home to President Richard M. Nixon, it has been the setting of numerous social and political events in its storied past.

Orange County #2

Rose gardens, 100 year old olive trees, private patios, fountains imported from Europe and Catalina sunsets enhance the living environment of the superlative home.

Orange County #3

Situated behind its own gate, ‘Villa Dei Tramonti’ features 180 lineal feet of frontage on the cove - making it the largest and most private home in Irvine Cove.

Orange County #4

Behind the dual gates of San Clemente’s most prestigious private enclave Cotton Point Estates, sits this sprawling custom residence inspired by coastal Spanish style.

Orange County #5

Encompassing approximately 18,600 square feet of living space and nearly 37,000 square feet of resort-quality grounds, this estate offers an unprecedented level of luxury living with every amenity imaginable.
