History has been made.
A local home builder has officially closed escrow on their purchase of the land!
I had the pleasure of meeting the President, Head of Product Development and Vice President of Sales & Marketing recently to discuss the project in detail. They are all very excited about building this exclusive development in Old Town Seal Beach and are excited to work with Ferguson Realty.
Being that they are now formalizing their research phase of the project, the values that we anticipate put home prices starting around $2M for interior tract homes, mid-high $2M for exterior park view homes and $3M+ for the largest west facing, river front homes.
I was able to establish a regular monthly update meeting with their key staff in order to keep you informed. As certain milestones are met, you will receive more frequent updates as they get closer to accepting deposits.
